Dear Participants, Second International Black Sea Conference on Language and Language Education, hosted by Sinop University, will be held at Ahmet Muhip Dıranas Practice Hotel, on September 21-22, 2018. Second International Black Sea Conference on Language and Language Education aims to bring together educators, practitioners, and researchers who are interested in languages, language learning and teaching at all levels from all around the world. The theme of the conference is "Emerging Horizons in Language Teaching". Proposals for presentations are invited on the following - but not limited to - themes; Applied Linguistics and Language Education Approaches and Methods in Language Education Assessment and Evaluation in Language Education CEFR and Language Education Content and Language Integrated Language Learning(CLIL) Culture and Language Learning Distance Language Education English as a Foreign Language (EFL) English as a Second Language (ESL) ICT in Language Education Literature and Language Learning Pragmatics and Language Learning Professional Development in Language Education Second Language Acquisition Teacher Training and Language Education Teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Teaching English to Young Learners Teaching/Learning Foreign/Second Language Technology-Based Language Learning Teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) Translation Studies and Language Education We invite scholars from all over the world who would like to share their scientific studies to participate the conference in order to maximize the scientific and social interaction. The working languages of the conference will be Turkish and English. We will be glad to see you in the “Second International Black Sea Conference on Language and Language Education” that will be hosted by Sinop University between September 21-22, 2018.
