Call For Papers
Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. Both full research reports and work-in-progress reports are welcome. There will be both oral and poster sessions. Each of these topic areas is expanded below but the sub-topics list is not exclusive. Papers may address one or more of the listed sub-topics, although authors should not feel limited by them. Unlisted but related sub-topics are also acceptable:

Requirements for submission
1. Language
English is the official language of the conference; the
paper should be English writing and presenting.
2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper)
Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your
paper.
3. Oral Presentation Only(Abstract)
If you just want to make an oral presentation without paper publication, then
you can only submit an abstract.
4. Academic Ethics
Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously
unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under
consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct
is the most essential virtual of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is
unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. If plagiarism is found, the following
acts of sanction will be taken:
1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final
publications.
2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated
institution(s)
3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of
academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article,
the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc.

Submission Formatting
Each paper for Conference proceedings is limited to 4-5 pages / for JCP is
limited to 8-12 pages / for IJOEE is limited to 4-7 pages, and additional pages
will be charged.
