All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. All submissions will be peer reviewed by 2to 3 reviewers, and all the accepted papers will be published in International Conference Proceedings by IEEE, which will be included in IEEE Xplore and submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
