As an annual conference series that has 7 years history, ICSGSC creats much good memories and provide readers with an extensive overview on the research of smart grids and smart cities. ICSGSC 2024 will be held in Shanghai, China from October 25th to 27th, 2024. ICSGSC 2024 is sponsored by Shanghai University of Electric Power, China and hosted by the School of Electric Power Engineering. We are warmly welcome all scholars at home and abroad to attend the conference and submit papers!

**Proceedings
After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be included in the ICSGSC2024 conference Proceedings, published by IEEE, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
