Attracting over 300 attendees to each year, the WA Major Projects Conference is back in 2018. The state’s premiere major infrastructure projects event is held over two days, 21-22 March, at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The WA Government’s 2017-18 State Budget release has sparked an exciting time for western industries. With $2.7 billion set aside for transport, rail and roads; a $465 million investment plan for education infrastructure and $731 million for healthcare and mental health facilities, Australia’s largest state is coming into its next ‘boom’ era.
Annually, local and international senior-level executives from government, private and public sectors convene to learn about the newest and most advanced major projects in the state and gain new inspiring new ideas for their own work.
Informative topics at this year’s Conference include Metronet, the Kwinana Lithium Plant project, the East Rockingham Resource Recovery Facility, Perth World Trade Centre and the revitalising Fremantle – Port City Priorities project and over 10 more comprehensive presentations regarding the residential, health, resource, tourism and urban planning sectors.
Additionally, in specialised networking sessions, attendees are able to make optimum professional connections and create multifaceted platforms for brainstorming opportunities and partnerships.
