The Next-generation Computational Biology - With the advancement in next-generation molecular technology in generating the high-throughput "omics" data, life science has come to the era of "big data". To extract biological knowledge from the data, and translate it into benefits for society (e.g. better medicine and healthcare), novel and advanced computational tools are needed for data analysis. CSBio 2017 would like to invite researchers and industrial counterparts to meet at this event to exchange ideas and stimulate research collaborations. This year the conference will be held in conjunction with th Eighth International Symposium on Information and Communication Technology - SoICT 2017 (http://soict.org/).

SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION
CSBio 2017 seeks articles describing novel results about theoretical, empirical, conceptual or experimental research in Computational Systems-Biology and Bioinformatics. All contributions should be original, must be unpublished, and must not be submitted to other venues during the review period. The symposium language is English. Papers should be prepared in ACM SIG style (http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates), should not exceed 8 pages and must be submitted via https://www.easychair.org. Accepted papers will be included in the symposium proceedings that will be published as a volume in ACM ICPS, indexed by ACM Digital Library and DBLP.
