This conference is the series of ICACEEE . Previous series of ICACEEE was held in Sydney, Australia on 2012, Paris, France on 2014 and Shanghai, China on 2016. 4th ICACEEE -2018 is to provide an international forum for exchange of ideas among interested researchers, students, developers, and practitioners in the areas of computing, communications, and informatics.
