The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for
researchers and technologists to present new advances and contributions in the
form of keynotes, tutorials, workshops as well as regular and special sessions
with the objective to share ideas and progress in wireless communications,
networking and signal processing employed to support the needs of the
information society. This twenty fifth edition of the ICT event will bring
together various wireless communication systems developers to discuss the
current status, technical challenges, standards, fundamental issues, and future
services and applications. ICT’2018 seeks to address and capture
highly-innovative and state-of-the-art research from academia, wireless
industry as well as recent advances in standardization. The topics of interest
