Aims and Scope

The goal of the 2017 IEEE 13th International Conference on Intelligent Computer Communication and Processing is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners working towards improving the power of both communication and processing software using the most advanced methods available today. The fast development of the web implies more advanced but also more secure artifacts, which require the software technology to improve at a high pace.

Paper Submission and Publication

Papers should not exceed 8 pages and should comply with IEEE formatting (A4 paper size 210x297mm / 8.27"x11.69", two-column). The A4 paper templates are available here. Make sure to use the template's conference mode. The conference organizers reserve the right to reject submissions that exceed 8 pages or do not make a reasonable attempt to adhere to the proceedings format.

Papers should be submitted electronically via the on-line submission system. All papers must be in PDF format (blinded papers - with no author information available). Authors must check that the file can be viewed and printed correctly. For each paper, an abstract must also be submitted in the on-line system. In order to assist with the allocation of papers to reviewers and with the organization of the conference program, the authors must select at least one topic, from the list provided by the submission system.

Accepted papers will be included in the 2017 IEEE ICCP Proceedings and will be available in IEEE Xplore digital library. They will also be sent for indexing in Web of Science and Scopus.

Detailed instructions for electronic paper submission and review process can be found at http://www.iccp.ro.
