Introduction
2017 3rd Annual International Conference on Computer Science and Mechanical Automation [CSMA2017]will take place in Wuhan, Hubei, China from November 10-12, 2017. CSMA2017 is the annual academic conference in a series held one year in China sponsored by Science & Engineering research center, and technically sponsored some universities and supported by teachers. The conference attracts participants in a diverse range of fields, including Computer Science and Information Technology, Sensors, Instrument and Measurement, and Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering. The goal of this conference is to bring researchers, engineers, and students to the areas of Computer Science and Mechanical Automation to share experiences and original research contributions on those topics. Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit their contributions to CSMA2017.

Publication
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere. CSMA2017 proceedings will be published by De Gruyter Publishers and be submitted by De Gruyter Publishers for EI and CPCI indexing.
