The 31st Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (CCECE 2018) will be held in Québec City, Canada on May 13-16, 2018 at the Québec City Convention Centre. CCECE is the flagship conference where researchers, students, and professionals in the area of Electrical and Computer Engineering meet annually in a Canadian city to get up to speed with the latest developments, foray into new fields and emerging topics, network with colleagues to strengthen partnerships, and foster new collaborations. Papers are invited in the following tracks:

Paper submission guidelines:
Submitted papers must be unpublished and should not be submitted elsewhere at the same time. Accepted papers should not exceed 6 pages in two-column IEEE Transactions style. Accepted papers longer than 4 pages will be charged $100 for each extra page. Papers cannot be longer than 6 pages.

Note:
 To be published in the CCECE 2018 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a pre-authorized and qualified proxy presenter.
