The Rizal Library seeks papers for its 7th International Conference to be held on November 16-18, 2017 at the Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City, Philippines. This year’s theme is “CLICK! : Connecting Libraries, Information and Community Knowledge”. This conference aims to cultivate discourses on the library's capacity to expand its network within the community, through culture and society, and in the field of communication and technology.

We welcome proposals on the following topics:

1. Community: institutional collaborations, library partnerships, librarian empowerment and capacity building, knowledge development
2. Culture and History: Philippine studies and libraries, Jose Rizal and libraries, evolution of cultures in literary texts, reading customs and practices
3. Communication and Technology: social media, source preservation, accessibility, big data, data mining

Paper proposals must be submitted on or before 15 May 2017 using the following format:

1. TITLE OF THE PAPER
2. TOPIC OF THE PAPER (CHOOSE ONE OF THE TOPICS ENUMERATED ABOVE)
3. PAPER ABSTRACT (SHOULD NOT EXCEED 250 WORDS)
4. CURRICULUM VITAE WITH PHOTO (INDICATE ACHIEVEMENTS AND/OR PUBLICATIONS FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS)
