Building on the 1st year Leadership in Innovation Retreat and the concepts covered in the Foundations of Project Management I, this 2nd Year Retreat focuses on two threads over the course of 3 days:
•supporting you through the 2nd year of your Elevate Fellowship and your Partner Organization Business Case
•supporting an individual initiative in the development of your career path.
A basic principle of the design of this retreat is that the modules must provide information and experiences that are immediately meaningful and useful to the you, the participant. Any theory presented is reflected in both individual and team processes, followed by reflection, personal writing on learning and actions for improvement or further learning.
