Today's work environment encourages overloading daily calendars so that
we sacrifice our free and recreational time. Health studies are proving
that our sedentary lifestyles are costing quality years and our health.
We know that simply moving more often throughout the day will reduce our
risk of lifestyle associated diseases, however not all of our work
cultures have caught up to the latest research. In this session, we will
explore those small yet cumulative ways of adding physical activity to
our daily routines.
