Redefining Work/Life Balance is a four-week lunchtime workshop that will
explore evidence-based practices and tap into your intuition to develop
habits that create ease and enjoyment in work and life. In this
workshop, we will learn and use practices such as exercise, energy
management, power-foods, connection and upside thinking. This is a great
class for both men and women wanting to gain everyday skills to feel
