The Many Journeys of Father Kino: From History to Memory in the Making of Modern Southwestern Culture

Visiting scholar Alessandra Lorini, emeritus professor of history, who taught at the Universities of Florence and Pisa, will share her current research to give you a better understanding of the Jesuit missionary Father Eusebio Francisco Kino's enduring and complicated legacy in Arizona and Sonora. Space is limited. Refreshments will be served. This talk is free with museum admission.
