This seminar will provide you with an update on the legal issues in European public procurement. Legal experts and practitioners will explain in an accessible manner the recent legal developments and recent case law in the field of European public procurement. Specific sessions will be devoted to subcontracting and modification of contracts and to exclusion grounds and self-cleaning provisions. You will receive an insight into the jurisprudence of the General Court. This case law relates to challenges to contract awards by the EU institutions/agencies and is based on procurement under the Financial Regulation and its Rules of Application. The essence of the most recent case law of the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) in the field of procurement and remedies will be presented and interpreted for you.
