In today’s working world, people are expected to work closely with others who represent different generations. The way that the different generations approach their work, view their environment and communicate with others may cause stress and frustration in the workplace. In this program participants will be able to identify the characteristics of each generation and how they differ. When we are able to identify these differences and understand them a little more, we can then apply different strategies and approaches when working with people from each generation. Each generation adds tremendous value to the organization. We just need to figure out how to embrace these generational differences so what we can be more respectful and productive while at work.
