This course teaches participants how to survey and troubleshoot their own operation for compliance to IATF 16949:2016. The audit phases of planning, execution and follow-up are covered in detail. Every effort has been made to distinguish the role of an internal auditor versus a third party auditor. Participants will be shown how to tactfully utilize auditing techniques in their own full-time work environment.
