For the UA Presents show at the Fox, Troker will debut their newest project providing a live, original score for the classic 1919 Mexican silent film, "The Grey Automobile."

The members of Troker met in 2004 in Guadalajara, Mexico, where they live and work to this day. In 2013 and 2014, they became the first band ever to play two consecutive years at the West Holts Stage at the legendary Glastonbury Festival in England. In 2014, they performed at both SXSW and WOMEX as showcasing artists.

The Grey Automobile (1919) was directed by Enrique Rosas. El Automovil Gris was filmed in Mexico prior to the Mexican film boom of the 1920s and is one of the few surviving Mexican silent films. It synthesizes many elements popular in international cinema. Rosas filmed on location where the actual events occurred, giving audiences a rare glimpse into the city streets of the late 1910s.

The plot of The Grey Automobile is more than just a cops and robbers shootout. The initial audience was quite familiar with the story of the Grey Automobile Gang who terrorized the streets of Mexico City almost a century ago. Many of the actors/actresses in the film are actual key players in the gang escapades of the Grey Automobile Gang.
