Duration:
This course teaches participants how to survey and troubleshoot their own operation for compliance to IATF 16949:2016. The audit phases of planning, execution and follow-up are covered in detail. Every effort has been made to distinguish the role of an internal auditor versus a third party auditor. Participants will be shown how to tactfully utilize auditing techniques in their own full-time work environment.

  • This course will allow an organization to qualify their internal auditors to conduct both first party and second party audits of their own facility as well as sister facilities and suppliers.
