The 15th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS 2023) will be held in Xi'an, Chinaduring November 17-19, 2023. It is organized by Xi'an University of Posts & Telecommunications, China, co-organized by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, China and Southwest Jiaotong University, China, assisted by the Signal Processing Branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, China, East China Normal University, China, and Shanghai Key Laboratory of Multidimensional Information Processing, China, and technically supported by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China.

The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all the topics of ICSPS. Papers submitted to ICSPS 2023 will be subject to a double-blind peer review based on originality, contributions, presentation, relevance to conference, etc.

Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by technical committee, and accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in theconference proceedings, which will be indexed byEi Compendex,Scopus, etc.
