Submission Guidelines: Select the topic of your paper related to the theme of conference
• Enter the topic of your paper
• Submit the summary or abstract of your paper in the specified box
• In the next step you may enter the information of writer(s) of the paper. Please note that since all correspondence will be made to the first writer of the paper, the contact information of the writers must be entered thoroughly and precisely.
• Click the NEXT button
• In this step you may submit your paper in the format of PDF and MS Word. (Submitted PDF files must be without autheor's name).
• Having submitted paper, you will receive paper code and tracking code through an email to the first writer
• To persuade the results you may remember both codes you will receive.

All payments for the non-domestic conference attendees must be made on-site and in US Dollar.
• In order to register as students’ registration condition, the attendee must provide the conference office with the proof of identity i.e. university ID card or similar (bonofide certificate).
Important note: Regarding the Iranian banking system, the registration fee or any other cost cannot be paid via any foreign bank card, inside Iran, under any circumstances.
REGISTRATION FEE STRUCTURE
Full conference registration includes: name badge, conference materials, all conference sessions, opening plenary, receptions during the conference, 2 luncheons, admission to the exhibit hall, and coffee breaks.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS PARTICIPANTS:
IMPORTANT: all registration fees will be received on-site and there is no sum transfer available; although it is the regulation of the Conference office NOT to supply an invitation letter to unregistered participants. Upon receiving the registration and visa request forms, the participant may request an invitation letter by emailing: irannec@irannec.com
