Welcome to ICAMM 2018
2018 2nd International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing and Materials (ICAMM 2018), will be held in Tokyo, Japan during June 11-13, 2018.
ICAMM 2018 is organized after ICAMM 2017 held in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong during 25-27 June, 2017. ICAMM focuses on the advanced manufacturing and materials research. The applications of advanced manufacturing and materials to such domains as Multi-scale and/or Multi-disciplinary Approaches, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Fundamentals et al. It is a technical congregation where the latest theoretical and technological advances are presented and discussed. We expect that the conference and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject.
Advanced manufacturing is a broad set of enabling technologies, processes and practices that businesses from a wide range of industry sectors can adopt to improve their productivity and competitiveness. Some examples of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes include: Additive manufacturing/3D printing, Advanced materials, Industry 4.0, Biotechnologies, Nanotechnologies, Design-led innovation. In industry, materials are inputs to production or manufacturing processes. They may either be raw material, that is, unprocessed, or processed before being used in more advanced production processes, either by distillation or synthesis (synthetic materials).
Publication
Papers submitted to ICAMM 2018 will go through peer reviewing process by international experts. The accepted papers can be published in one of the following journals/proceedings:
Option One: Conference Proceeding which can be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
Option Two: International Journal
International Journal of Materials, Mechanics and Manufacturing (IJMMM, ISSN: 1793-8198), which can be included in and indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS), Engineering & Technology Digital Library, ProQuest, Crossref, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, DOAJ, and Electronic Journals Library.
