Scope:
Pervasive and embedded computing is a paradigm that aims at
providing trustworthy computing techniques, technologies and services
with high availability and ubiquously. This entails the need for an
interdisciplinary field of R&D combining signal processing
techniques with appropriate computer hardware and software technologies
as well as devices, and utilizes and integrates pervasive, wireless,
embedded, wearable and/or mobile systems. PEC will bring together
researchers, engineers and practitioners interested in the theory and
applications in these areas providing the opportunity to share current
and ongoing investigations.as well as starting joint developments.
Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas
listed below. Accepted papers, presented at the conference by one of the
authors, will be published in the proceedings of PEC. Acceptance will
be based on quality, relevance and originality. There will be both oral
and poster sessions.
