Important notes:
After we confirm your pre-registration, Conference Secretariat will send you Registration Invoice with all necessary payment instructions. An invoice will be issued electronically, so you can proceed with your payment.
If you are presenting an abstract, please register before April 30, 2018: abstract submission closes after this date.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
Following the Conference’s traditions, the registration fees are kept as low as possible:
Individual registration:
Early registration (before March 31): 195.00 USD
Late registration (after March 31): 235.00 USD
Reduced individual registration for students:
Early registration (before March 31): 95.00 USD
Late registration (after March 31): 115.00 USD
Accompanying person:
60.00 USD
Cancellation policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another delegate, or used towards any of the ISBS events. ISBS Members in good standing benefit from a $50 discount (student members: $25 discount)
EXHIBITING AND SPONSORSHIP:
Conference official sponsorship ($US 600.00) includes an exhibitor area (6 sq. m) with table and chairs, complimentary registration of up to 2 representatives, access to all conference activities, as well as placing company/university logo on conference materials and abstract books. Please contact our Conference Secretariat (info@stressandbehavior.com and isbs.congress@gmail.com) for details.
PAYMENTS:
Due to security reasons, we only accept direct bank transfers and electronic payments made through PayPal System.
Credit cards, checks and cash are not accepted for Conference registration.
After we confirm your pre-registration, the Conference Secretariat will send you a Conference Invoice with payment instructions.
An invoice will be issued electronically, so you can proceed with your payment.
Once we receive your registration payment, the Registration Confirmation will be sent to you by email.
Only payments from pre-registered delegates will be accepted.

LIABILITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:
The personal information provided by you will be held on our database and may be used to update you on news for this and forthcoming International ISBS Conferences. This information will not be released to any third parties.
Neither the Conference Organizers, nor its agents or representatives, will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the participants from any cause whatsoever.
All delegates shall obtain, at their own expense, adequate insurance against any such injury, loss or damage.
The Conference Organizers shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations as a result of strikes, riots, or any other cause beyond its control.
In exceptional circumstances, if necessary, the Conference Organizers retain the right to modify conference program, without prior notice.
The Conference Organizers may close registration at any time, shall the number of registered delegates reach the conference full capacity. In such circumstances, we will not be able to accept complaints who failed to register due to closure of conference registration.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Conference delegates may present abstract, or attend the conference without presenting the abstract. Only one abstract is accepted per each registered delegate. All abstracts must be written in English (1 page A4 in Word format, Times 12 pt, 1.5-spaced) and consist of the following sections: 1. Title of the abstract: ALL CAPITALS 2. Authors (e.g., AB Smith, DJ Kalm), presenting author always first 3. Organization(s): e.g., Texas State University, Texas, USA 4. Body (with mandatory sub-sections):

Submitted papers cannot be edited or corrected.
All authors must receive a written confirmation of their registration form and abstracts being received by the Conference Secretariat.
NO TABLES, FIGURES OR REFERENCES can be included in the abstracts.
