Both conceptual and empirical papers are invited on the conference theme are invited for presentation at the three days conference on March 15th , 16th and 17th 2018, NEHU, Shillong (India). Authors willing to present paper in the conference are required to forward an abstract that essentially provide a brief outline of the paper. Selected academic contributions addressing one or more of the sub themes of the conference will be presented during technical sessions. Abstract of the research paper should be limited to 500 words with 5 keywords and submitted on or before 15th December, 2017 at sthmcon@gmail.com or at the link provided in the conference website (https://sites.google.com/site/sthmcon/abstract-invitation). Abstracts must include: title; author(s); affiliations; a summary of the research aims; approach and key arguments / findings. Submitted abstracts will be scrutinized by a committee of experts and contributors will be intimated by 20th December 2017 to submit the full length paper. The full length papers should demonstrate critical rigor and make clear their contribution to knowledge. It should also state their implications in relation to the theme of the conference, and their contribution to one or more of research, education, policy or practice. The full paper should be maximum of 6000 words. The manuscript must be submitted in conformity to the author guidelines and full paper template available on the conference website (https://sites.google.com/site/sthmcon/guidelines-for-paper).
