The 20th of October 2017: Deadline for abstract submission
The 6th of November 2017: Notification of abstract acceptance
The 12th of February 2018: Deadline for sending the full paper and fee payment
The 5th of March 2018: Delivery of the reviewers’ observations to the authors
The 26th of March 2018: Submission of final version of the papers and payment of the publishing costs for the indexed volume
In exceptional cases, the conference will facilitate the participation through the videoconference system.
