International Conference on Image Processing & Communications will be organized by Institute of Telecommunications, University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, Poland from 13 to 15 September 2017. The conference aims to bring together the researchers working in fields of image processing and communications. This Conference will be an important event and will provide us with a unique opportunity for disseminating the latest advances, applications and future trends in the field of Image Processing and Communications.
There are 3 main tracks of the conference. We are inviting original, unpublished research manuscripts describing the results of theoretical, empirical and practical development experiences in the following technical areas (but not limited to):

Computer Vision - Object Recognition, Machine Vision, Biometrics, Intelligent Interface, Image Motion Analisys, Image & Video Coding, Scene understanding, Multimedia application.

Image Analysis - Image Compression, Medical Image Processing, Character and Documents, Analysis, Image Retrieval, Image Processing Applications.

Communications - Next Generation Networks, Optical Backbone and Access Networks, Network Reliability, New Services in IP Networks, QoS in IP Networks, Regular Structures of Communications Networks.

Prospective participants are invited to electronically submit full papers of their work in English (max. 8 pages in LaTeX format), following the instructions available on the website. Each paper will be judged by at least two referees.
All accepted papers will be published as monography by Springer - Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing.
Selected best papers will be invited for further revisions and extensions for possible publications by journals (e.g. IP&C).
