Welcome to the 3rd International Seminar on Islamic Thought (ISoIT3 2018). It is a medium of discussion for all Muslims over the world the issues pertaining to the Muslim and Islam. It is a place where the Muslim scholars, researchers, academicians meet every five years to discuss the global issues related to Islam and non-Muslim counterparts. The Seminar will provide 3 Main Sessions for paper presentations by reputable scholars from renowned institutions and 16 Parallel sessions, comprising papers on different topics crossing through various academic disciplines and intellectual fields. In addition to the theoretical and practical disciplinary thrust reflected in Islamic-oriented studies, ranging from Education, Politics, Social Sciences, Economic, Banking and Financing, Muslim Unity, Environmental Protection, Administration, Management, Legal Studies, Philosophy, Contemporary Islamic Thought, etc. The Seminar deliberations will be conducted in Arabic, English and Malay. Simultaneous translation will be provided for participants if needed.
The First International Seminar on Islamic Thought (ISoIT1) -2004 – The First International Seminar on Islamic Thought (ISoIT) had been held in 2004 at National University of Malaysia, Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia. It was attended by 200 participants from various institutions over the world.
The Second International Seminar on Islamic Thought (ISoIT2) -2009 – The Second International Seminar on Islamic Thought (ISoIT2) had been be held at the National University of Malaysia, Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia. It was attended by more than 300 participants from various institutions over the world.
