Established in 1992, ICPADS has been a major international forum in the parallel and distributed systems area. The 23rd IEEE International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Systems (ICPADS 2017) will be held in Shenzhen in December 2017. Shenzhen is one of the five wealthiest cities of China, and is well known as a center of IT technology which attracts world famous companies like Tencent, Huawei and DJI-Innovations. Shenzhen also offers brimming culture diversity, a multiplicity of arts and architecture. The conference provides an international forum for scientists, engineers and users to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and latest research results on all aspects of parallel and distributed systems. Contributions are solicited in all areas of parallel and distributed systems research and applications.
