We invite proposals for papers for the 28th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Computers, organized annually since 1990 by the Department of Computing, Electronics and Mechatronics at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla. This International Conference is also technically supported by the IEEE, Section Puebla. The aim of CONIELECOMP is to provide a forum for researchers to present and exchange ideas and results of original research and developments in the listed technical areas. The conference features keynote speakers, tutorials and a doctoral consortium.

PAPER SUBMISSION DETAILS
Prospective authors are invited to submit a full paper, from 6 to 8 pages. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings as well as submitted to the IEEE CONFERENCE PUBLICATIONS (IEEE Xplore Digital Library) and will be part of the conference program. All papers must be submitted in English. All submissions will be handled electronically.

CHOLULA AND PUEBLA
Cholula is a magic beautiful old town, which main attraction is the Cholula pyramid. Puebla city is just 10 kilometers from Cholula, and is an UNESCO World Heritage City, famous for its colonial architecture and gastronomy. Puebla is only 2 hours by car/bus from Mexico City.
