Paper presenter's name, professional affiliation, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, academic degrees held; same information for coauthors. Paper submission and registration are both included in a single participation fee due at the time of submission. Before November 1, discounted early bird participation fee is US$355 for WEAI members, US$425 for non-members (or join now and save!), and US$200 for students. Paper presenters will be asked to serve as a discussant for another volunteer paper in order to ensure that everyone receives comments on their research. Cancellations: Paper submission portion of participation fee (US$75) is non-refundable if paper is accepted. Before October 15, 50% of the registration portion of fee is refundable. After October 15, the entire fee is non-refundable due to the high administrative cost of reorganizing the affected sessions and participants.
