Description:
Making a bad or wrong hire can be a costly mistake. The problem is we often make hiring decisions because we “liked” the candidate, not necessarily because they were the right candidate and the most qualified candidate. In this program participants will learn the three elements of an effective interview. The idea is that past performance of candidates will predict future performance, good or bad. So, by applying these three elements during the interview process, interviewers will likely ask better questions, get better answers, evaluate how well the candidate will “fit” the job and organization and ultimately make solid hiring decisions.

Target Audience:
Anyone involved in the interview and hiring process of employees
