We are delighted to invite you to the 12th International Mango Symposium, initiatived by the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) in Baise, Guangxi, China between 10 July and 16 July 2017.

The Symposium is jointly organized by the Baise Municipal People's Government, Guangxi University and Guangxi Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The Symposium will be comprised of plenary sessions, discipline focused sessions, workshops, and poster session and a sponsor display where delegates can formally present, promote and discuss their work and products with other delegates. The event will include an optional field tour at Baise City, where delegates can see the technology, management and operations of harvesting and packing of Chinese mango industry.

The Organizing Committee is attracting the world's leading mango scientists across a number of disciplines and researchers and students from all mango growing nations. The Committee recognizes the high cost of travel to China and is endeavoring to minimise the costs for delegates.

Participants of the 12th IMS from all over the world will congregate at a place, which offers both outstanding facilities and scenic beauty in its surroundings and enjoy the scientific and social parts of this remarkable Congress.

The Symposium will present delegates with attractive social program where delegates can relax and get to know new friends. In typical Chinese hospitality, delegates will experience the culture of the Zhuang Nationality of Guangxi, China. The social program will include a welcome reception party, and optional post Symposium tours to other parts of Baise City, China.
