Medicare patients are welcomed. Most major insurance carriers are accepted: AETNA, BCBS, CIGNA, Health Net, United HealthCare and many more. Non-insured patients pay $167. Your insurance benefits will be verified and you will be informed if there are any charges for which you will be responsible. Patients under the age of 30 must provide a doctor's referral.
