Utsav was conceived nearly three decades ago. It has been, and will remain a fest that caters to the youth, the spirit, the fun and the competition at a magnitude like none other. In the past decade we have seen a rise in fests and events of colleges of all streams across India, which have been held annually to celebrate cultural programs and provide students a few days of jollity, this has also enriched the exposure for students towards event management, organization and various other sectors. UTSAV, is not just any other fest, it is the festival of faith hosted annuall by BMSCE.
