As the Senior Director of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for a department of approximately 50 – 60 people. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for the creation of a single customer record for our client. This is a vital new project to consolidate and manage data on behalf of the entire enterprise and the customers themselves. The ideal candidate can clearly articulate the vision for this project and collaborate broadly and effectively across many different internal teams and data sources. A background in databases and data services would be ideal along with some understanding of open source software engineering, NoSQLs databases, and AWS. The ideal Senior Director of Software Engineering brings passion and energy to leading teams of engineers and building large scale systems.
