In this role, you will provide engineering support to manufacturing operations. Additionally, you will analyze process capability, control and improve machining processes.

  • Primary technical contact for applicable customers.
  • Develops, modifies, improves, and troubleshoots the processes associated with the production of critical rotating discs and other closed die forgings.
  • Creates and reviews dispositions for applicable customers, including generation of non-dimensional concessions for customer review.
  • Perform various Production Department projects including planning, organizing data collection, and presentation.
  • Initiate and control cost reduction projects to achieve targets established by Supervisor.
  • Review of new and revised technical (material, process, quality, etc) specifications, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience.
  • 5+ Years of experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • 3+ years of Engineering experience in the Forging Industry or a metal-working industry.
  • 3+ years of Experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Machining experience is desired.
