Job Description:
This position helps coordinate and lead pre-event set-ups and post-event load-outs for Carrier Dome events. The position also provides technical and mechanical support during events. Other duties include basketball court and field preparation, receiving deliveries, etc. This position is also critical to the snow storm roof preparation and snow/ice removal.
Qualifications:
• 3 years’ experience and working knowledge of building systems, air-supported roof operating mechanics, audio and visual equipment, and staging.
• Must be well versed in customer service engagement, problem solving, and leadership.
Job Specific Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in sports/entertainment venues.
• Extensive working knowledge of air supported roof systems.
• Knowledge of NCAA/ACC athletic competition requirements.
• Setup, maintenance, support and upkeep of Fieldturf fields and basketball courts. Understanding of event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown.
