Job Description:

  • Prepare and record accounting transactions related to multiple accounting functions and maintain corresponding subledgers.
  • Assist in collecting outstanding balances
  • Routinely interact with both internal and external customers in the fulfillment of the position's responsibilities
  • Daily processing of invoices and remit invoices to external customers
  • Assist sales team in resolving customer account issues
  • Daily reconciliation of bank statement files
  • Maintain company travel agency account

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years experience interacting with customers in an inside sales or customer service environment
  • Experience using Oracle ERP
  • Proficient use of MS Office products
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
