Summary:
Under the direction of the Marketing and Events Coordinator, the Marketing Assistant will assist and play an active role in the Career Development Center’s (CDC) marketing/events team. In this role they will create engaging content for the department social media presence, including keeping social media platforms updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new ways of marketing department resources. Assists in organizing print/digital campaigns and developing marketing strategies. Assists with the preparation and execution of events. Keeps calendar of events updated on department websites. Assists in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma with minimum 2 years directly related work experience

Pay Range:
$10-12 p/hour DOE
