Job Description:
The College of Arts & Sciences at Syracuse University is looking for a Part-time Faculty to teach PHY 211 Recitation Instructor (General Physics I) (3 credits).
Class Description:
First half of a two semester introduction to classical physics including mechanics and thermal physics. Uses calculus. Knowledge of plane trigonometry required.
COREQ: (PHY 221 OR AP PHYSICS C (MECH) EXAM SCORE MIN 3) AND (MAT 285 OR 295 OR AP MAT CALC AB EXAM SCORE MIN 3 OR AP MAT CALC BC EXAM SCORE MIN 4)

Qualifications:
A Masters or Ph.D. in Physics or a related field, or current matriculation in a Ph.D. program in Physics.
