Description

As part of the Engineering Operations team, you will;

- Support and promote our values and culture through events and communication
- Provide concepts and content for internal communications such as Town Hall, employee programs, emails and social media engagement.
- Create, develop, and manage social media content that engages, builds, and improves employee engagement
- Assist with the development of key messages surrounding employee engagement programs to include content and material sourcing
- Help develop, write, and edit email communications
- Assist with the development and implement an annual calendar of events and communications plan
- Coordinate information sessions and meetings required to successfully rollout organizational initiatives
- Responsible for reporting and providing recommendations and opportunities to improve programs and initiatives
- Plan and deliver fun, unique employee events and experiences for the Products/Technology and Cloud organization

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications required or equivalent experience supporting program development and communications for a wide variety of audiences
- Excellent written and oral communication and visual presentation skills
- Ability to create simple correspondence and collateral materials to support our employee engagement efforts
- Must be able to effectively present information in a one-on-one and small group settings
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff
- Understands cultural difference and is able to adapt programs, projects and communications to culturally diverse audiences
- Ability to manage to timelines and coordinate multiple activities at the same time
- Ability to present new ideas, approaches and information clearly
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Work independently and/or as part of a team to facilitate the execution of effective marketing communications projects and programs to support the organization’s business objectives.
- Experience working in technology company in preferred.
