DESCRIPTION
We're looking for engineers that live and breathe Python and Django to join our growing engineering team. Initially, you'll help us build out a cutting edge gamification layer to heighten user experience as well as build the algorithms for our loyalty program to engage our customers. You'll also work on a custom analytics platform that will help us personalize each consumer experience. We're looking for someone who is at ease diving into a project and can work both independently and collaboratively.
What You’ll Do:
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
- Architect scalable solutions across the technology stack
- Convert requirements into clear, concise and tested code
- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations
- Contribute to the development of our analytics platform
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in a full time software engineering role
- Expertise in Python and significant experience with Django
- Strong unit test and debugging skills
- SQL and No-SQL database experience. Familiar with PostgreSQL
- Experience building and consuming REST-based APIs
- Familiar with Google BigQuery
