Job Description: The incumbent in this position must be a self-sufficient, self-motivated professional who:
- Will be experienced with all project management activities related to construction in California, understanding all nuances pertaining to construction, civil and environmental infrastructure projects.
- Will be experienced in permitting, compliance, documentation, inspection and mitigation related to civil and environmental construction projects.
- A proven history of successful relationships with clients, labor, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Can work remotely and in a team environment with an entrepreneurial spirit dedicated to client service.
- Will have an excellent communication skillset to coordinate with all relevant parties. Coordinates all deadlines and prepares reports, project work plans, site investigations, proposals and budgets, and keeps all team members apprised accordingly to meet all final requirements and deliverables.
- Must have ability to work with regulatory agencies and all reporting and communication requirements. Performs all duties related to the project including origination, planning, consultation and the coordination of operations, technical and construction management and collect, process and evaluate data.
Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering or Science preferred or equivalent industry experience managing civil and environmental action projects.
