Your new role
As the new Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the management of all finance and operations across this successful and fast-growing firm.

Reporting directly to the Managing Principal, you will be given tangible autonomy and responsibility from day one. This will include:

  • Managing performance of direct reports.
  • Acting as the key contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing all financial reporting requirements, including month end reporting and annual statutory accounts.
  • Taking the lead on annual budgeting and working closely with senior management to track forecasts.
  • Ensuring that appropriate financial controls are in place and robust.
  • Conducting financial analysis.
  • Continually working to improve the finance function of the business, driving change and efficiency.


What you'll need to succeed

  • CA/CPA qualified accountant (ideally Big 4).
  • Minimum of three years' post qualification experience in a relevant role.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
  • Thorough understanding of the consulting space, including a solid grasp of billing.
  • Highly IT literate with experience across various accounting software.
  • Ability to drive change and take the lead on business improvements.
