Business Description:

Under direct supervision, perform activities to help manage and implement solutions for enterprise quality performance analysis.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Partner with EQRM program manager to identify business needs for quality measurement and analysis, understanding enterprise standards for metrics, reports, data, and business rules

2. Act as a liaison between business contacts and technical teams. Provide leadership in the development life cycle for the design and development of solutions to meet business needs. Gather and document user requirements, conduct data analysis and collect supporting documentation for projects. Work to translate business needs into solution requirements.

3. Work closely with the business as well as with developers to communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences

4. Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion. Track all phases of project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. Document, prioritize, and track requests (changes, enhancements, etc.)

5. Communicate project status to all stakeholders affectively.

6. Facilitate user acceptance testing and approval

7. Responsible in instructing, assigning, directing and checking data and outputs of the program.

8. Responsible for validating data and provide governance to the data collection process. Own the relationship with source systems and insure compliance to data transfer structure and on-time posting of reports

9. Create, update and maintain knowledge management site and procedures. Provide thorough documentation.

10. Write queries and perform analysis using SQL.

11. Identify/research data quality issues and provide analytic support

12. Performs other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Certifications:

• Project Management - preferred but not required

• Six Sigma Green Belt - preferred but not required

Job Related Experience:

 6 - 8 years experience in analysis, business intelligence, or related field

 4 - 6 years experience with quality metrics or performance metrics

 Project management experience

• Prior experience analyzing large data sets using SQL, Excel, or other analytical tools.

• Experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
