Boom Lab Finance Analyst Associates perform data analysis, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in all project team efforts.ResponsibilitiesVary by project but may include:Responsible for conducting and documenting complex financial analysis in a variety of areas.Develop financial models, including analysis, data gathering and format output, to assess the historical results and predict future trends.Prepare routine and ad-hoc financial analysis and reports.Provide consistent reporting across entities and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvements to processes, controls, and systems.QualificationsOur best Finance Analyst Associates possess most of the following:0-2 years relevant experience.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required including complex functions, analysis, and reporting tools.Experience creating financial models and/or budgets strongly preferred.High standards of accuracy, precision and confidentiality.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deliverables at any given time.Client service mindset. Act as a point of contact for project details and requirements, must possess positive attitude and do whatever it takes to get the project to the end goal while meeting client needs.Excels in team environments, strong communication and analysis skills, learns quickly and helps build innovative solutions for our clientsStrong written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
