8:30am -5:00pm (academic year)
8:00am – 4:30pm (summer)

Job Description:

The Director of Graduate & Undergraduate Recruitment is a pivotal role, responsible for developing and directing strategies and activities that optimize enrollment and revenue goals for the College of Arts and Sciences undergraduate and masters graduate programs and Maxwell undergraduate programs. Graduate support will be focused on Arts & Sciences revenue generating programs (non-Phd, non-paid or funded grad programs). Including, but not limited to: Forensics, Audiology, Speech Pathology, and Applied Statistics. Will perform a variety of professional duties to lead strategic direction and management in the development, coordination and implementation of the College’s enrollment plan including the identification and facilitation of new programs and market analysis for feasibility.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree

• Minimum 5 (five) years of increasingly responsible experience in recruitment, marketing or admissions at the university level.

Job Specific Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of university-level recruitment and marketing strategies

• Ability to build and manage a diverse and varied pool of candidates for all programs

• Excellent analytical and data management skills requiring expertise in excel, PeopleSoft, Hyperion and other software applications.
